Lector de RSS
Puede suscribirse a un canal RSS (Really Simple Syndication) de todas las actualizaciones que se realicen en el contenido sobre funcionalidad empresarial y en el contenido para desarrolladores y administración de Business Central. El canal devuelve las 100 entradas actualizadas más recientemente ordenadas por fecha, pero puede pasar hasta una semana para que aparezcan en la lista.

Para lo cual he bifurcado (fork) los repositorios y mediante las herramientas de git de visual studio code podría identificar que cambio ha tenido una entrada de ayuda. También podría hacerlo desde Github, pero me acomodo personalmente mejor desde vsc.

Tracking modified and new Business Central Help entries
To track new help entries or modifications to existing content in Business Central help Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central documentation – Business Central | Microsoft Learn, I have relied on two points: an rss reader and the Business Central content repositories on Github.
RSS Reader
You can subscribe to an RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feed of all updates to Business Central’s business functionality content and developer and administration content. The feed returns the 100 most recently updated entries sorted by date, but it can take up to a week for them to appear in the list.

For which I have forked the repositories and using visual studio code’s git tools I could identify which change has had a help entry. I could also do it from Github, but I am personally more comfortable from vsc.
